Jeremiah is so excited to attend his prom! He really needs a nice pair of shoes to go with his handsome new suit. As he prepares for this milestone, he can't help but think about the magic of the evening, celebrating with his classmates and enjoying the culmination of his high school experience. This is going to be a great night for Jeremiah!
Jeremiah is 18 years old and lives in CA
Jeremiah's mother has a history of substance abuse and instability. As a result, Jeremiah and his sibling were removed from her care, and their uncle became their legal guardian. However, the uncle eventually relinquished his guardianship because he and Jeremiah were unable to get along, leading to Jeremiah being kicked out of the home. Jeremiah is in extended foster care and is placed with a relative. He is a member of the wrestling team and is on track to graduate.
