Foster Parent Association of WilkesEthan is a busy child that really wants to help. He likes to hang around with male role models and learn from them. He has come a long ways since birth. He had a hard foundation and was taken in by a special foster family that loves him even through the difficult times. They have invested enormous amounts of time to teaching him with a tremendous about of patience. This family is determined not to let up because there is hope for Ethan. He has a very bright future.
Ethan wishes to take a trip to the Under Armour outlet to pick out some new clothes. He needs warmer weather clothing for school that fits him appropriately. This wish will allow him to go shopping over Spring Break while school is out and choose what he likes.
