Heaven has been facing homelessness for a little over a year. After a difficult experience at a previous shelter, she had to leave the area and lived without housing for quite some time. However, she has recently connected with a new shelter and is beginning to get back on her feet, having secured her first job. Heaven values education above all else and aspires to attend either medical or law school to build a fulfilling and sustainable career. As she works diligently to acquire valuable life skills for her future, she also finds joy in sports, having played volleyball since middle school. Her determination and passion for learning are shaping her journey forward.

Heaven is incredibly excited to be beginning her new job next week! After moving into a shelter earlier this month, Heaven has worked incredibly hard to get back on her feet and ensure that she is set up for future success. However, since she has used all her remaining funding on essential items, she needs some assistance purchasing the required work pants for her new role. This would go such a long way for Heaven to ensure her first day goes smoothly!
