Marchellos is a very smart and funny young man who loves to play basketball and has a passion for math. He was placed in foster care without his two younger siblings, which has caused him some difficulties during his time in care. Marchellos struggled to understand why he could not be with his brothers. However, he has now finally settled down. Although he was behind in school, Marchellos has worked diligently to improve his grades over the past two semesters. He aspires to join the Air Force upon graduation and learn how to fly planes. Despite his placement in foster care, Marchellos is determined to achieve his goal of one day flying commercial aircraft.

Marchellos is eagerly anticipating Spring Break this year. He will be traveling with his foster family to the Grand Canyon from April 14 to April 20, 2025. This trip is especially exciting for Marchellos because it will be his very first time on an airplane. He has been sharing his upcoming plans with everyone and wishes for a new hoodie to wear on the plane. Normally, Marchellos doesn't ask for things because he dislikes the feeling of disappointment. He grew up in an environment where disappointment was common. Purchasing the hoodie for him would help him understand that asking for things doesn’t always lead to disappointment. It would also show him that he has support and is not alone.
