Foster NationSummer is an incredibly driven person who spent three years in the foster care system. While she battled mental health challenges throughout her time in the system, she was able to go to therapy through the love and support of those around her, which made a huge difference. Summer is in college and wants to one day have an MSW or LCSW so she can give back to her community in a very impactful way.
Summer would love to have cherry tomato and basil plants to grow her own food. She doesn’t want to rely on government assistance while finishing school and is eager to be self-sufficient in her eating habits. Growing her own plants is a great way for her to enjoy fresh, clean food while saving money in the long run. She would be thrilled to receive these plants!
