Hayley is a very intelligent little girl who loves to play and try new things. She is very advanced for her age and shows excellent communication skills for her age. She enjoys snuggling and spending time with her foster parents and her brother. She has been in care for a while, but one constant throughout that time for her has been her brother. They love each other very much and enjoy playing together. She loves to sing and dance. She also enjoys praying and learning more about Jesus! She is very adventurous and isn't afraid to explore and try new experiences.

Hayley loves books. She enjoys flipping through the pages and admiring the fun and colorful pictures. One of her favorite activities is when her foster parents read to her or when her brother looks at the pictures alongside her. Books provide comfort for Hayley, especially during the times she waits for her mom to visit. While waiting, she often finds solace in her books. On occasions when her mom cannot make it to those visits, the stories help distract her from the disappointment. Plus, Hayley is a quick learner, and the more time she spends looking at books and being read to, the more she continues to thrive.
