Z, has been with her grandmother since she left the hospital, and it has not been easy. living off one check and still doing what she needed to do. Z is graduating and only works 2 days because she is still in school. She works Saturday and Sunday. Z enjoys journaling, doing hair, and spending time with her friends.

Z is graduating this year, and prom is on April 19th, a day she has long awaited and dreamed about. Her advocate shared that when selecting this custom dress, Z finally felt like she would fit in with her peers. Going through high school was especially hard for Z, as she is one of the only people who does not live with her parents, and she dreams of going to prom to feel completely free of her foster care identity. Having this wish granted will not only pay off the remainder of Z's dream dress but also allow her to fully immerse herself in the last big event of her high school career!
