Therapeutic Interagency ProgramCelia is the sweetest girl, and she is taken care of by her cousin. She loves to be snuggled and hugged and has the funniest little giggle that makes everyone smile. She plays nicely with her siblings and loves rocking and feeding her baby dolls.
Celia's cousin was unsure if she could manage taking care of her, but she is adjusting very well and is thriving. Celia is becoming more attached and is coming out of her shell now that she feels cared for, fed, and safe. She enjoys playing pretend and will love having a shopping cart to create all kinds of fun activities at home.
