Tioga County Human Services ATTN: FostercareKurt is a very vibrant, outgoing, and loving boy. He lives with one sibling but is separated from two others. Currently, Kurt is in a kinship placement. He has already overcome significant challenges during this time. Kurt loves to paint and color, and he has a special affection for animals. He is always so sweet and has a remarkable ability to put a smile on your face.
Kurt enjoys spending time outdoors. With the weather getting nicer, he would love to have a swing set to play on with his baby brother and his two older siblings during their weekly visits.
