Even though Angel has been in foster care for longer than expected, he has remained a very kind and caring person who is constantly praised for his positive character and kindness towards others. Angel loves playing sports and is always trying to include others when playing or doing activities.
Angel participates in sports year-round, which means he often stays after school or goes to practice. Angel is asking for some phone minutes so he can keep in touch with others when plans change, and he needs to arrange for someone to pick him up.
