Nike sneakers for Cierra on her birthday

Cierra has never owned a brand-new pair of sneakers. Before entering foster care, her family struggled with poverty and substance abuse. Recently, Cierra saw a pair of really cool Nikes that she thought looked great and would also be comfortable and hopes to get them for her birthday. As a young mom, she understands the importance of comfort and would love to wear something that is both stylish and comfortable. She believes that having a new pair of sneakers might help her feel more like herself!
Cierra is 19 years old and lives in PA
Cierra has spent the last several years in foster care. Between group homes and time in kinship care, the majority of her teen years have been chaotic. She is settled now in a program for teen moms. Cierra recently welcomed a sweet baby girl of her own. She has been doing an amazing job being a mom and plans to work on getting her associate's degree in nursing in the next few years.
