He enjoys working out at the gym, studying hard, and is fluent in two languages. Passionate about law and human rights, he plans to attend college. He will move into an independent living apartment to develop essential life skills. Noah aims to study law and join the ROTC program, with aspirations of becoming a commissioned officer after graduation.
Noah wishes for a laptop to take to college with him this summer. At the moment, he is relying on his phone for various tasks and borrowing his foster parents' laptop to complete his assignments. Unfortunately, once he leaves for school, he won’t have access to any reliable technology. A laptop would greatly help him manage his studies and stay organized during his college journey.
