Carroll County Foster Parent AssociationRiver is a sweet and joyful little boy who adores his foster family. Curious and eager, he’s busy learning about his surroundings and the world around him. River greets everyone with an easy grin, shares the best little giggle, and gives the warmest hugs. He loves music, enjoys reading books, and loves all sports.
River is growing quickly and loves to jump and play on new surfaces. He is still developing his walking skills but enjoys taking on challenges. These sensory stepping stones can be used both indoors and outdoors, and they can be stacked when not in use. River would love to spend time jumping from stone to stone with his little feet as he continues to improve his motor skills.
