April is a very special young lady who has been learning to play the piano for the past three years. She has taught herself through YouTube videos and an app called Piano Academy. April is teaching herself to play the song "Interstellar." She aspires to become a 911 dispatcher so that she can help others in need. When she was just a few weeks old, April's biological mother gave her to one of her coworkers because she was unable to care for her. Over the years, April has lived in numerous foster homes. She briefly returned to her mother's care before entering foster care again and eventually aging out of the system.

The Echo Show is necessary in conjunction with the security camera system that April has also requested. With the Echo, April can activate the visuals of both indoor and outdoor cameras. She will be able to control the cameras from her phone while she's away from home, as well as when she is at home. Plus, the Echo is voice-activated, allowing April to dial 911 in case of an emergency simply by using her voice. April will feel so much safer in her new place with her security system in place!
