Declan is a very energetic child who is always on the move and has a vivid imagination. He has experienced many changes in his living situation and has faced numerous hardships in his life. Recently, Declan was placed in a resource home after moving several times; however, this is not his permanent placement at the moment. Despite the many moves he has endured, Declan consistently maintains a smile and is easygoing when adapting to new environments.

Declan is always on the move, exploring every corner of his surroundings with endless curiosity. Since he is at his new placement, he doesn’t have many toys of his own to play with, and he often finds himself wishing for something special. With the weather getting warmer and the sun shining brightly, Declan would absolutely love to have a pink Lamborghini Remote Control Car to drive around. Just imagining zooming down the street in a vibrant pink car fills him with excitement and joy, making each day feel like a new adventure.
