Autumn is living in a group home after being removed from her home and placed in care. She is quiet and shy and has struggled in foster care since her placement two weeks ago. Autumn loves school and playing basketball and has always been on the honor roll. She dreams of joining the military upon graduating high school and joining the WNBA. Autumn misses her siblings very much and wants to be unified with them as soon as possible. Her preferred pronouns are she/her.

Autumn was recently asked to the prom, and she is thrilled about it! Initially, she had not planned on attending either prom or graduation, but she has since changed her mind. She has purchased a prom outfit and accessories, and now she needs help finding the perfect shoes. Autumn lives in a Supervised Independent Living Program and works part-time. She has also been accepted into cosmetology school, which she plans to attend after graduating from high school. Her goal is to open her own hair salon one day. Due to limited resources and a strict financial budget, any assistance with purchasing her prom shoes would be greatly appreciated. Attending prom will allow Autumn to participate in a significant milestone event, celebrate with her peers, and connect with caring adults. For Autumn, prom is an opportunity to feel good and build confidence, which is especially important given her challenging experiences.
