Latrell is an adorable and cheerful baby who has spent most of his life in foster care. He is very healthy and loves to interact with the people around him. His favorite show is Cocomelon, and he enjoys dancing along to the songs. Latrell is placed in a home with his older biological sister, and he is always so happy to play with her. Although he is still working on learning to crawl and may have some developmental delays, this doesn’t dampen his spirits at all! It would be hard to find a happier baby than Latrell.

Latrell is almost a year old and has some developmental delays, particularly regarding his mobility. He is still not crawling and struggles to sit up on his own for extended periods. Despite these challenges, he would greatly enjoy going outside and taking walks with his foster mom and his 3-year-old biological sister, Koriea. Both Latrell and Koriea live in the same home, and they share physical impairments that make it difficult for them to safely venture out without proper restraint. Being outside in the fresh air would be incredibly beneficial for Latrell, allowing him to experience places like the zoo or the children’s museum, especially alongside his sister.
