Latrell is an adorable and cheerful baby who has spent most of his life in foster care. He is very healthy and loves to interact with the people around him. His favorite show is Cocomelon, and he enjoys dancing along to the songs. Latrell is placed in a home with his older biological sister, and he is always so happy to play with her. Although he is still working on learning to crawl and may have some developmental delays, this doesn’t dampen his spirits at all! It would be hard to find a happier baby than Latrell.

Baby Latrell needs a walker to help him practice standing. He sees the older kids walking and wants to join them, but isn't ready yet. A walker would reduce his frustration from being unable to move and also entertain him with toys on it.
