Sasha is a passionate and resilient young woman who is currently working towards completing her associate degree. She plans to transfer to a bachelor's program to study economics. Growing up as a product of the foster care system, Sasha had limited means and access to higher education. However, everything changed last year when she was connected with the resources she needed to proudly return to school at the age of 26. In her rare free time, she enjoys riding her bike around the city and reflecting on the day's events in her journal.

Sasha aims to help members of her community take full advantage of the many resources available in New York City. She hopes to secure funding to offer services such as support with public assistance applications and resource management. The "Finish What You Start" program will help Sasha develop coping skills to combat procrastination and strengthen her ability to follow through on her goals.
