Theo is a happy little guy who has been in foster care since birth. He is making great strides and smiles and babbles. He is very strong and even has already turned himself over, much to his surprise. Even with his great progress, Theo still has some developmental delays.

Two-year-old Theo is very active and sporty. He can run and jump easily and has learned to ride his three-wheeled trike well. He's ready to switch to a balance bike. Riding it will give him great exercise, help him learn balancing, and have a blast at the same time.
