Noreen is a sister to 3 brothers and all of them are new to foster care. Noreen likes to read and wants to learn to ride a bike. She says her favorite book she has read so far is The Secret Garden. She wants to grow up to be a teacher and likes little kids. She is a very happy young lady and very sweet in nature.

Noreen is wishing for a hair curling iron so that she can style her hair and feel more confident in how she presents herself. Being able to style her hair the way she likes can make a significant difference in how Noreen feels when she attends school, meets new people, or participates in special events, helping her feel proud, confident, and seen.
