Chaquane has been living with her caregiver, who is her adult sister, for a few years. She is quiet, polite, and well-mannered. She is interested in pursuing a career in the military and hopes to join ROTC in the future. Chaquane enjoys using her phone, watching TV, and shopping.

Like most kids in foster care, Chaquane doesn't always get brand-new clothing items. As a teenager, it is important for her to look and feel confident as she starts at her new school. Chaquane is asking for a new pair of Vans so she can start school off on the right foot.
