She has faced numerous challenges, including the recent loss of her mother and periods of homelessness. Despite these hardships, Jewel is determined to achieve her goals and graduate from college. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, drawing, and listening to music.

Jewel is a college student who has become heavily reliant on her phone for essential daily tasks, including using the bus app to commute to campus, tracking her assignments, and managing her schedule. Her phone recently broke, and unfortunately, she does not have the financial means to replace it, as all of her state-provided funds are currently allocated toward housing expenses. Jewel is in need of a replacement phone to stay connected, manage her academic responsibilities, and navigate her daily commute.
