Jose's favorite color is red. He has a deep love for animals and once had a bird as a pet. In addition to this, Jose is incredibly creative and enjoys painting and drawing. He is also an Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM). He came to the United States when he was 11 years old and spent several months in a detention facility before being moved to a foster group home in California. Originally from Guatemala, Jose is painfully shy but has managed to learn some English. Recently, Jose's legal status changed, requiring him to move to Texas. He is very sad to have left everything behind once again.

Jose enjoys going out with his friends after practice to have dinner and ice cream. For his birthday, he would love to celebrate with them. Since moving to his new home, Jose has made some great friends, and he loves planning outings with them. This would make for an awesome birthday celebration!
