Octavio is a happy, curious boy! He has a laid-back personality and goes with the flow. Octavio came into care due to being exposed to drugs in utero. This caused him to have severe withdrawals when he was born. In spite of this hard start to life, Octavio is thriving and growing in his current foster home!

As the warm days have arrived, Octavio will enjoy swimming in the family pool. This pool float will offer him the support and sun protection he needs. He will have a great time enjoying the pool with his foster family!
