Madelyn believes she is a queen, and she often competes with her older sister to determine who holds the title of queen and who is the princess. Despite her confident demeanor, Madelyn faces challenges due to her autism and PTSD, which can lead to moments of distress that she struggles to articulate. Having experienced abuse before entering care, she has been on a difficult journey of healing and self-discovery. Through it all, Madelyn holds onto hope; she dreams of finding her forever home alongside her sister soon, where they can support each other and build a brighter future together.

Madelyn has a passion for reading, even though her autism makes it a challenge for her. She also enjoys playing video games, but she often struggles to understand how to play them. Madelyn would greatly benefit from having a game system designed to encourage her reading skills while also incorporating sensory items that cater to her needs. This combination could provide her with both enjoyment and support in her learning journey. She would be so happy to get this on her birthday!
