Jadiel has been in foster care for several years. He is a caring and thoughtful individual, though he can be reserved and guarded around new people. However, once he builds trust, he becomes open, honest, and very funny. As a loving big brother to his two younger siblings, he plays an important role in their lives. Jadiel has a variety of interests, including basketball, gaming, football, bowling, and music. He enjoys all genres of music, both old and new. Additionally, he likes action and superhero movies. His favorite sports teams are the LA Lakers and the Detroit Lions. Jadiel also has several future career goals in mind, including pursuing a career in real estate and becoming a barber.

Jadiel has developed a real passion for the barbering field and has been experimenting with different hairstyles on himself. He’s really eager to improve his skills because he’s thinking about making a career out of it. After looking into what he might need, he discovered that there are several tools essential for him to get started. He’s looking to get a clipper/trimmer combo, a full shaver, a mannequin that represents African American hair and has a full beard, a cape to keep things tidy, and a bag to store all his gear. He believes that having these tools will not only enhance his abilities but also give him a confidence boost. For Jadiel, barbering would be more than just a job; it would be a way to meet new people and build a brighter, independent future. He’s excited about the possibility of earning money doing something he loves. By equipping himself with the right tools, he feels like he’s setting himself up for success as he prepares to join a barber program after he graduates from high school.
