Laura is incredibly upbeat and full of positive energy. She has been in the foster system since the age of 16, which has contributed to her determination and passion for personal growth. Laura is pursuing a master’s degree in Political Science. In her free time, she enjoys reading, collecting perfumes, and working out at the gym. She also has a strong interest in real estate and plans to obtain her license soon. Long-term, Laura hopes to be involved in a nonprofit organization or even start her own someday. She is the type of person who is always striving to grow and seeking ways to give back to her community.

As a busy grad student at UC Irvine, Laura juggles a heavy workload of readings, papers, and research. She wishes for an all-in-one wireless printer for high-volume printing.
