Axel is an amazing young man. He’s been in and out of foster care over the last several years. He is resilient and strong and still such a loving kid. Axel loves to be outside and spends time playing any sport he can. His current foster home has an amazing space for him to explore and grow. Axel loves school and works hard to keep up with his peers.

Axel has some sensory needs and continues to struggle with sleeping. Recently, his therapist suggested using a weighted blanket to help him get the rest he requires. This blanket is an ideal choice because it has the appropriate weight for his body and is made from breathable fabric, ensuring he won't get too warm during the summer. He loves the color blue and is excited about how it will look on his bed. This year, he would be so happy to get this for his birthday!
