Assistance with rent for Tre who fell behind after he lost his job
Tre, 22 years old, TN
Wish submitted by:
Monroe HardingTre has overcome more than his fair share of hardships. After growing up in foster care, he aged out without the safety net many of us take for granted. Navigating life on his own, Tre made a few choices that led him down a difficult path. He experienced periods of homelessness, often sleeping in his car or staying with friends when he could. Despite the setbacks, Tre never stopped trying to improve his situation. Tre loves both pets and plants. He has a special fondness for dogs and regularly helps care for a neighbor’s pets. Recently, he’s begun exploring his interest in plants by volunteering at a community garden. Tre is considering studying business one day, with the hope of owning his own garden.
Tre fell behind on his rent after losing his job, leaving him in a difficult financial position. However, during his time out of work, he took the initiative to earn his GED. He’s doing everything he can to catch up, but the past-due balance is making it hard to stay ahead. Tre is asking for help with his back rent so he can stay housed and continue building the life he's worked so hard for. Supporting him in catching up on his rent would provide him with a clean slate, allowing him to move forward with his life as a high school graduate and pursue new opportunities. Granting this wish would show him that people still believe in second chances and brighter futures.
Monroe Harding requests this wish for Tre.

"I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me with rent while I was between jobs. Your support meant the world to me and gave me the stability I needed to stay housed and get back on my feet. Having a safe place to call home has changed everything, and I truly couldn’t have done it without you. Tre "
