Owen is a sweet little boy who loves dinosaurs and the outdoors. He is very adventurous and enjoys playing with his little sister and new cousins. Owen follows directions well and is a quick learner. He looks forward to trying new experiences and is always excited about going on outings. Although he has been in foster care for a while and has faced many changes, he is very resilient and has shown remarkable adjustment to his current foster home. One of his favorite experiences since moving to his current placement was visiting Great Wolf Lodge. He absolutely loved the water slides and showed no fear when trying out the bigger slides.

Owen is really excited about his upcoming birthday. He wants his special day to be as memorable as possible. The theme of his party will be centered around ice cream and summer fun, so having an ice truck will make the celebration even more spectacular. He loves snow cones, icees, and slushies, so this addition is perfect for a day dedicated to him! He can’t wait to try all the different flavors they offer!
