Tiana was removed from her home and is now in foster care along with her younger sister. Tiana is very polite and mature in her communication. She has been a parental figure to her younger siblings, often being responsible for supervising them, cooking for them, and meeting their basic needs. However, she sometimes struggles with regulating her emotions and holds resentment from being in a parental role for so long and from being removed from her mom. Tiana enjoys going places, shopping, playing with makeup, getting her hair and nails done, singing, and making funny videos on social media.

Tiana is turning 13 and, of course, wants to go shopping for her birthday! She’s had great luck finding clothes that fit her style and size at Burlington, so she’s excited to go shopping there. She’s especially looking forward to picking out new summer dresses, long skirts, and cute shorts and t-shirts to wear over the next few months.
