Neftaly, known as Nef, entered the foster system at eight and faced many challenges that helped her build resilience. After reuniting with her family at eighteen, she began healing the strained bonds from their decade-long separation. In her free time, Nef enjoys sketching, baking, playing chess, and hiking with family. Committed to giving back to the community, she aims to inspire others facing similar struggles by using her journey to uplift youth experiencing homelessness or living in foster care.

Neftaly is an aged-out foster youth who has struggled with depression and weight gain. She has maintained her fitness regimen through mixed martial arts but also wants to focus on her nutritional intake in a fun and healthy way! This variety box of healthy snacks will be perfect for her!
