Ingrid is requesting a Target gift card to help purchase essential cleaning supplies and household necessities, such as laundry detergent and toilet paper. After aging out of foster care, she’s been working hard to build a stable and independent life. Managing a home on her own comes with many responsibilities, and covering basic needs can be challenging on a limited budget. A gift card would allow Ingrid to stock up on items that many people take for granted but are vital to maintaining a clean and healthy home. For someone who has overcome so much, being able to take care of her space with dignity and ease means more than just checking off a to-do list; it represents her growth, self-reliance, and pride in the life she’s creating.
