Fostering Hope - BucksNellie and her twin sister have been in foster care since they were teeny tiny! These little peanuts had a rough start at life but are flourishing in their current foster home! Nellie is the active one and always on the go!
Nellie is growing so quickly! She and her twin sister have recently outgrown their clothes and shoes. Since their county does not provide a stipend for these expenses, having a new pair of shoes would really help alleviate some of the costs. This particular pair is ideal because they are black and white, which means they will match with everything!
