Hailey is new to foster care and is the oldest sibling in her family. She's used to being the main caregiver, which makes it hard for her to just be a kid. Despite this, Hailey is a great child who brings joy to those around her.

Hailey arrived at the care facility in the middle of the night with very few belongings. She couldn't bring any clothes or shoes with her. Currently, she needs summer clothing to stay cool in the heat and a decent pair of shoes to call her own. This request has been split into two wishes to allow for a successful shopping trip with her caregivers. This is wish 2 of 2.
