Hope's birthday is next month, and she has never had a birthday party before. Hope has never had any parties prior to her removal and being placed with her sister. Hope's sister is throwing Hope a huge surprise party to make up for as many missed childhood memories as she can. One of Hope's wishes is to have a party with a giant water slide.
