Citlally is an amazing young lady in foster care who has overcome more obstacles than most people her age should have to face. She is a true girly girl at heart—bubbly and vibrant. Citlally is excelling in school and has made new friends. In her words, "Who wouldn't want to be my friend?" She says this with the biggest smile on her face.

Citlally is such a cool kid! Despite facing a lot of challenges at such a young age, she's super smart and loves school. Citlally would like the opportunity to shop at H&M to get shorts and shirts. She can't wait to wear some cute outfits and spend time outdoors with her siblings. This request has been split into two wishes to allow for a great shopping trip! This is wish 2 of 2.
