Catholic CharitiesShafi is an active, socially intelligent young man from Afghanistan who is in care. He can understand and communicate in five different languages. He loves all things soccer, from watching it to playing it. Shafi is excited to start school soon and says his favorite subjects are math and science
Shafi is doing well in his foster placement and has been adjusting positively to this new change in his life. He is looking forward to a fresh start at the school year in August and hopes to have a new pair of Nike shoes. Owning these shoes would boost his confidence and motivation on his first day!
