Brie is a kind and empathetic young woman whose life has been shaped by both hardship and hope. After losing her grandmother, Brie entered the foster care system, feeling lost. However, she has grown into a resilient individual through her faith and love of the arts. Now that she has aged out of foster care, she is excited to pursue a college degree in the performing arts, especially opera and musical theatre. Her ultimate dream is to become a therapist for young children, creating a safe space for those who have experienced trauma. In her free time, Brie enjoys singing worship music and reading her Bible, finding inspiration in her faith as she continues to grow.

Brie has been in foster care since her mother passed away when she was a young teenager, and there is no other family to care for her. She is currently living in transitional housing for former foster youth. Her laptop recently stopped working, and even though she has just been hired to work in a library, she does not start for another month. In order to complete her schoolwork, she needs a laptop but cannot afford to buy one at this time. She would be very grateful for any help in obtaining a laptop so she can keep up with her classes.
