Skylar lives in a foster home with her older sister. She is a sweet and kind girl who always has a big smile. She is a bit reserved around new people, but warms up to others once she is comfortable. Skylar enjoys being outdoors and camping. While she does well in school, she has been so excited for summer and camping trips.

Skylar has recently been placed in a new foster home where she has eight foster siblings. Each of them has a bike and a scooter, and Skylar hopes to get a bike soon. Once she has her bike, she will need a helmet to ensure her safety while having fun with her siblings.
