MI DHS - Allegan & Barry CountiesSkylar lives in a foster home with her older sister. She is a sweet and kind girl who always has a big smile. She is a bit reserved around new people, but warms up to others once she is comfortable. Skylar enjoys being outdoors and camping. While she does well in school, she has been so excited for summer and camping trips.
Skylar has recently moved to a new foster placement where she is living with eight foster siblings. The other kids have bikes and scooters, and Skylar wants one of her own so she can play with them and not feel left out. Having a scooter will help Skylar feel a sense of belonging among her new friends.
