Shelby lives in a foster home with her younger sister. She is a cheerful and friendly girl who cares for those around her. Shelby loves playing with her friends, spending time outside, and adores animals. She enjoys dressing up and having her nails painted, but is also adventurous and enjoys exploring the outdoors.

Shelby and her sister are at a new foster placement. The foster home has eight children and often spends time riding bikes and scooters. Shelby wants a bike to ride around in the neighborhood with the other children. Having a bike will allow Shelby to stay active and create memories.
