Cai was placed in a foster home, separate from his two older siblings. He found it challenging to adjust to foster care and often expressed how much he misses his family. Cai is a very energetic, smart, funny, and loving young boy who enjoys playing outside and watching SpongeBob. He loves going to school and learning about numbers and how to write his name! His dream is to someday work at the Krusty Krab.

Cai has access to lots of fun educational apps, e-books, and online resources on his tablet! It will help him build important skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital literacy right from the start. The tablet makes learning exciting with games, videos, and hands-on activities that match different ways of learning.
