Kay is a sweet girl who has been a victim of domestic violence. She and her mother had to relocate to escape her abusive father. Despite her young age, Kay is wise beyond her years due to having to be a support system for her mother. She also suffers from anxiety and PTSD. Despite her present situation, Kay is extremely resilient, and given time, she will heal. She just needs the opportunity to be a little girl.

Kay is currently being cared for by her grandmother. She is a remarkable little girl with incredible wisdom. Kay has a special ability to sense the emotions of others and always tries her best to brighten their days with her songs and jokes. Next month, she will be returning to school and needs new uniforms, as she has recently had a growth spurt and can no longer wear her clothes from last year. New school clothes would not only bring her comfort but also give her the confidence she needs to start the school year on the right foot. This is wish 2 of 2.
