Jay is a special boy who loves exploring, climbing, and music. Due to circumstances outside of his control, he was born prematurely and is struggling to meet developmental milestones. However, despite his challenges, he is a fighter and will continue to advance at his pace.

Jay is an active young boy who enjoys learning and sees each day as a new adventure. As he prepares to return to school in August, he realizes he needs a few new shirts since he has outgrown his clothes from last year. Having new clothing will help keep Jay comfortable while he adjusts to his new learning environment.
