KFS&CJay is a special boy who loves exploring, climbing, and music. Due to circumstances outside of his control, he was born prematurely and is struggling to meet developmental milestones. However, despite his challenges, he is a fighter and will continue to advance at his pace.
Jay is growing quickly and will be returning to school this August. He has outgrown all his clothes from last year, so he needs new pants. Getting new pants will not only make him more comfortable but will also help him feel good as he starts the new school year.
