Synthetic ice for Dinah to learn how to ice skate

San Diego Youth ServicesDinah is a resilient young woman who has overcome many obstacles in her life. She is currently in therapy to support her continued healing and personal growth. Dinah and her siblings entered the foster care system at a young age and were unfortunately separated. Despite everything she has been through, Dinah always wears a smile and embraces life with positivity. She finds joy in her daily life through the hobbies she loves. Now that Dinah is an adult, she lives in an Extended Foster Care apartment and is able to visit her siblings on weekends. She holds them close to her heart and describes them as her best friends.
Dinah has always dreamed of ice skating. Since she was little, she had imagined gracefully gliding across the ice. Now, she’s ready to make that dream come true. To begin her skating journey, Dinah wants this synthetic ice to set up outside her home. This way, she can practice and learn the skills needed to perform on ice, bringing her childhood dream to life with every glide.
San Diego Youth Services requests this wish for Dinah.
