Kate is a transgender youth who struggles with self-acceptance and socialization skills. However, once she gets to know someone or is in a one-on-one situation, she can talk your ear off! She enjoys cats, creating music, and connecting with people who share similar interests, but she does not like to spend too much time in public places. Everyone who has worked closely with her agrees that Kate has grown into a responsible and independent young adult who strives to do her best in any situation she encounters.

Kate is settling into her new apartment under the TLSS program, She would love to make the space her own and this bright colored rug for her bedroom would do just that! without having a job yet shes not able to purchase any needs or wants yet that the program hasnt covered already. Shes been through so much neglect in life.. everyone wants her to feel herself and comfortable in her own space!
