Destinie is a bright, happy, and positive young woman who is transitioning into adulthood with strength and optimism. Although she has spent her entire life in foster care, she refuses to let that define her. Destinie embraces life to the fullest and carries a joyful spirit wherever she goes. She recently moved into a Transitional Housing Program (THP) and is loving the independence and growth that come with it.

Destinie recently moved into her new apartment through a Transitional Housing Program and is enjoying the independence and new responsibilities. She’s asking for curtain rods so she can hang curtains in her room to create more privacy and comfort. Having this small but important touch will help her space feel more peaceful, secure, and like a place she can truly call her own. Let me know if you’d like help writing one for the curtains themselve
